The newest tool in GRAPHISOFT’s BIM software tool box will be unveiled this year. The EcoDesigner Star will make it possible for architects to use ArchiCAD’s building information model (BIM) directly as a building energy model (BEM). This abilty makes streamlined collaboration between designers and energy consultants a cinch. EcoDesigner Star will also offer standard-compliant energy analyses on the BEM and produce a detailed building performance report, all within the familiar ArchiCAD design environment.

The webinar will use the M Labs research center, designed by Eurobuild, as an example.
