Creating a Free-Form Shading Device

This video clip presents how to create a free-form shading device for a multistory building by using Rhinoceros, Grasshopper and ARCHICAD. The new connection between the applications offers bi-directional geometry transfer. The basic geometrical shapes created in Rhinoceros now can be translated into full-fledged BIM elements in ARCHICAD while adding algorithmic editing functionality thanks to Grasshopper.

My advice is to ask for help here: http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/ or contact tech support. The more information you can provide, the better. Let them know if you are having trouble installing the add-ons, seeing the add-ons once installed, having the add-ons work, etc.
