In an effort to make geometric design easier for architects, ARCHICAD 22 now allows the Curtain Wall Tool to be used for floors and ceilings, as well as panel and sculptural elements.

In addition, the tool now includes:

  • Six new corner frame types
  • Improvements to Multi-Way Frame intersection allow intersections to be handled by ARCHICAD automatically, using correct geometry
  • Usability enhancements allowing Model View Options to control the detail level of each Component Type. Three levels are available to choose from- schematic, simplified or detailed
  • New Hybrid Floor Plan Projection, to replace the All Symbolic/All Projected modes; and a new mode for Cut display, which combines Projected mode with Symbolic Panels and separate controls for Cut, Uncut, and Overhead parts

Hi, I am just wandering if you know why is ArchiCAD 22 applying custom shaped panels for the Curtain Walls as a simple flat panel? I could do it in ArchiCAD 21. I would create complex shaped facades saving Morph as a Curtain Wall Panel.
I have been trying for few hours with no success at all.
