GRAPHISOFT’s® original digital content series “By Design, Season 1” has been recognized for excellence by Architectural Record, and garnered honors from the Summit International Awards (SIA) and the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA).

By Design, Season 1 captured the emerging stories of architects and industry professionals as they execute visionary ideas and share the processes that improve their workflow and support their creativity. By Design, Season 2 examines how architects, educators and users have relied on ARCHICAD to evolve with technological advances. By Design, Season 2: Virtual Realities, premieres this month at graphisoft.com/bydesign.

“We put a lot of thought into what stories we chose to tell in By Design,” said Tracey Gatland, GRAPHISOFT North America Managing Director. “The firms highlighted in our first season give the viewer a glimpse of what is possible with ARCHICAD and its ecosystem. Watching the series helps open conversations about how technological advances such as BIM merge with architecture to positively impact the world around us. We’re thrilled the series and by extension, all of our customers, have been recognized in this way.”

“What stood out for us as the production team behind the creation of By Design has been the stories themselves,” added Glenn Sagon, CEO and Co-Founder of Sagon-Phior. “To hear architects and designers talk with such passion about their craft and discover the artistry that goes into designing a building has been an inspirational journey. It is gratifying to know three different, respected judging panels saw the strength and quality of the By Design message.”
