ARCHICAD 22 Wins Best of Show Award
GRAPHISOFT®, has once again been recognized with a Best of Show award in the BIM category by Architosh, a leading online publication devoted to Mac and iOS CAD and 3D software professionals and students. The awards are based on software and technology that was exhibited at this year’s Conference on Architecture (A18) in New York, NY.
Of ARCHICAD 22, Anthony Frausto-Robledo, AIA, LEED AP, founder and editor of Architosh said, “The fluidity and elegance that ARCHICAD 22 implemented in the curtain wall toolset was very impressive. The deepening connection to core BIM element tool chains to the leading algorithmic design software is just the most visible achievement but lurking behind the surface is continued leading edge programming skills with the integration of ‘machine learning’ into ARCHICAD 22 for the benefit of the user.”
In this, the sixth year for the Best of Show awards the BIM Category recognizes tools that contribute value in specific BIM workflows emerging in the field. ARCHICAD has won Best of Show BIM Category Awards three times in the history of the awards, received a runner-up BIM category award and won the Best of Show Desktop Software for Architects in the inaugural year of the awards.
“We are pleased and honored the Architosh editors selected ARCHICAD 22 for a Best of Show award,” said Tracey Gatland, GRAPHISOFT North America managing director. “ARCHICAD 22 demonstrates GRAPHISOFT’s ongoing commitment focusing on providing innovative tools to the industry to support profitability and design creativity.”
